The Cindrella Hotel

During peak wedding seasons and other busy periods, check-in and room service can be slower than expected. The Cindrella Hotel has five indoor banquet halls and two large lawns, making it a popular Siliguri venue for weddings and corporate conferences. It’s a long-established, well-regarded 4-star hotel on 3rd Mile, Sevoke Road, and a handy stop for people traveling toward Sikkim, Darjeeling, or the Dooars. It also has quite a few facilities for its category: two outdoor pools, including a kids’ pool with a waterslide, a fitness center, a sauna, and a billiards and games room.

The food was fresh and tasty, and the portions were good. Staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond, while check-in and checkout went smoothly. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location made it easy to reach major parts of Siliguri. Hotel Cinderella offers good value and worked well for my stay. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, hassle-free visit.

The bathroom was raised, which made stepping up difficult for my mother after her knee surgery. The pool also wasn’t very clean. My room was neat and nice, though on the small side, and the staff gave good service. Breakfast was huge, and the complimentary breakfast was the best part. The food was excellent.

I accidentally left my tracking water bottle behind after checkout. When I called, the staff found it right away and kept it safe until my friend could collect it. They were honest and quick to help. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping were happy to clean my room when I asked. Breakfast staff made the stay especially warm. I wasn’t feeling well one morning, and the manager noticed I wasn’t eating and kindly offered other food options. It meant a lot. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return and recommend the hotel.
