OYO 70001 Hotel Green Tree

My family got food poisoning after breakfast, and it indirectly affected my one-year-old child. The taste was below average, worse than food from street vendors, and other guests were complaining too. One table ordered dal tadka and got it with aloo in it. They complained, but were told that's how it was made. When they said there was hardly any dal and it was watery, the waiter claimed the dal had dissolved. There was no management of food service. Even if you arrive first, others may be served ahead of you. Staff flatly say the food is being prepared, but after waiting 30 minutes you can find it hasn't even been started. I took time to write this because I don't want anyone else to go through the same misery. Avoid it, even if you have no other options. Within a five-minute drive there are good restaurants like Kamat Upchar. Go there instead and spare your family the trouble.

There's no hot water, hardly any light beyond one small bulb, and the rooms are very dirty. The sanitation and service are poor too. Stay here only if there's no other option. Otherwise, look elsewhere. I wouldn't choose it for a family or a couple.

Facilities were lacking, the food was tasteless, and some of the staff were awful. Management wasn't up to the mark either. I left very unhappy. I'd suggest not booking this hotel.

Eating masala dosa at this restaurant gave me food poisoning, and I suffered a lot. It was one of my worst experiences. Please take care and don't go there.
