The Fern Residency, Hubballi

Breakfast had a good range and was laid out nicely, though the boiled egg seemed a day old. The rest of the food was satisfactory. At The Fern, Hubli, our stay was comfortable, with neat, spacious, well-equipped rooms and courteous, attentive staff who were supportive throughout. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the service and hospitality were commendable. I’d consider staying again.

We stopped at The Fern Hubballi for one night while driving back to Bengaluru, and it made for a good break on the long trip. It’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located along the route. The front desk team were very courteous and even upgraded our room, which we appreciated. We enjoyed the food too. Service in the room and restaurant could be quicker and more consistent, as it felt a bit slow at times. Still, it was a pleasant stop and I’d recommend it for a night while travelling.

At Native restaurant at The Fern Residency, Hubballi, the meal tasted great and was presented nicely. A few dishes could have been better, but it was still a solid four-star food experience. The standout was Mr. Khajasab Shaikh, who was courteous, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. His hospitality and professionalism deserve five stars. Thanks for making the visit so pleasant.

The food was so bad that even small hotels serve much better. The room and service were poor too. We ordered dal tadka and got daal that seemed to be two days old from its quality. Tea took 35 minutes to arrive, and the towel we asked for never came. There’s plenty more I could list. Please don’t waste your money here.
