The flowers all around the property made it feel calm and scenic, and the tent accommodation was comfortable and well maintained. Staff were courteous and attentive, and service ran smoothly during our stay. The food was decent and tasty, with a fair bit of variety, though a few more options would be welcome. A cozy place with lovely surroundings and good hospitality, worth a visit.

The cottages are cozy and staying in one was a worthwhile experience. We had a good time, and the staff were friendly and cooperative.

The mountain view from the rooms was breathtaking, and the food and service were really good. I stayed here for 2 nights between 18th and 20th June 2025 during my Ladakh trip. The tent-like rooms were beautiful, clean, spacious, and well maintained. Strongly recommended.

I paid around 8k for one night, which felt far too high for the hospitality and the claims made when I booked. The advertised scenic views weren't there. The water supplied was dirty and raised health concerns, while breakfast was poor, with bread left in plastic bags that seemed unhygienic and unappetizing. There was no manager on site to deal with problems. Staff said the owner lives abroad, which made it harder to know who was accountable. Only three staff members were running the whole resort, so service was slow and inadequate. They never answered the phone, so I had to go to reception and find someone to raise a complaint. In the mornings there was no warm water, even after I tried for an hour. These issues made for a substandard and mentally harassing stay, far below what I'd expect from a 4-star place. I chose the resort expecting a relaxing visit, and instead the problems badly affected my stay. I want the resort to acknowledge these failures, take immediate corrective action, and provide suitable compensation for misleading claims and the experience I had.
