The evening biryani was fantastic, and breakfast was fresh and generous. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and hundreds of TV channels. We chose Palm Air for its central location and good price. Although a flight delay meant we arrived late, the staff were there to welcome us and made it easy. Drinks were available at the front desk, and everyone was happy to help. When we checked out, they found us a taxi and even arranged a 25% discount. Great team and a lovely stay. We’d stay again if we’re back and would definitely recommend it.

It’s a no-smoking hotel, with a small bakery and a ground-floor cafe that has outdoor seating. The reception also offers a range of cold beers around the clock. The rooms are small, but both the room and bathroom were clean and well kept, and reception and housekeeping were good. Breakfast is limited: bread, toast, bananas, muesli, Indian breads, one curry, tea and coffee. The hotel is in a quiet colony just across from Miramar, with small eateries, bars and pubs nearby. I rated service 3 because the hotel operates with a limited-service model.

Room 304 was spotless, and the care taken with the details stood out. Palm Air was well maintained throughout, which made the stay really relaxing. The staff were warm and made us feel at home, and their hospitality and breakfast were top-notch. The comfort, cleanliness and welcoming service made the trip memorable. Highly recommended! 😊

The bathrooms could be cleaner, and the rooms were just okay. Staff were very polite, though. Miramar beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and there’s a cafe on the ground floor. They don’t serve lunch or dinner, so if you want food in your room, online delivery apps are the only option. Fine for one night.

The rooms were spacious, bright and very clean, and the bathrooms were spotless too. Staff were friendly, attentive and always available to help from the moment we arrived. It was a comfortable, relaxing stay and very budget friendly.
