The rooms were clean and the stay was really comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was served at a nearby hotel, not this one, and there was no choice except to take whatever they had. The quality wasn’t good.

Housekeeping was the one clear bright spot. The rooms and linens were clean, the mattresses and upholstery were comfortable, and the HK staff made towel patterns on the sheets each day. AC and Wi-Fi worked fine. Customer service was okay, but the food was atrocious. The hotel has no restaurant, so don’t choose the MAP option with breakfast included. Meals and breakfast are delivered to the room by an outside vendor. My wife, kid, and I ordered three items the first morning, and none of us could finish what we got. For the rest of the week, during our mid-January 2019 vacation, we ate breakfast at a nearby Udupi within walking distance, despite having it included in our plan. From the pictures, you could easily think this is a large place with spacious rooms. It’s actually a small boutique hotel, with tiny rooms, even smaller bathrooms, and just a little waiting area at reception. The rooms are barely big enough to move around in. At a price around 2000, it’s a no-frills setup, and that price only feels justified by the room cleaning.
