A really terrible room and no response when I needed help. I’m very unhappy and feel I wasted my money. Please choose somewhere else to stay.

I was very disappointed by the lack of power overnight. We couldn’t sleep at all, and the outage made the stay really uncomfortable. I expect a resolution or refund for the inconvenience.

We first asked for a room in person and were quoted 1800, while I could get one for 900 on Ota. I booked through Ota, but my train was late and it was midnight by the time we arrived. The place I’d booked was quite far away, and we had no convenient way to get there. The receptionist refused to give us a room. He was rude and had no manners in how he spoke to me. I wasn’t asking for a free room, I’d booked one, and I was spending the night with a girl. Don’t treat people that way. I would have paid 1800, but if you book through Ota, you don’t know whether he’ll give you a room. Even after paying, you have to deal with that attitude. Such a bad experience and a bad room.

There was no Wi-Fi, the sheets were dirty and full of holes, the towels were very old, and the toilet flushes didn’t work. The replacement seat covers were smaller than the originals, and one came right off in our room. I asked to change rooms, but neither was better: each had its own problems. There was no soap holder or toiletries, and one of the two rooms had no cupboard. The AC vent was broken. On our last day the TV channels stopped because the recharge had run out, and staff said they could only recharge on Monday. Ridiculous. The place is very disappointing and doesn’t deserve a star. The authorities should take action to protect Goa’s reputation. Worst of all, management wasn’t apologetic. The whole experience was awful.
