The place has potential, so I gave it two stars, but the lack of care, cleanliness, and electricity made me consider giving it one. I'm writing in the hope the housekeepers find a way to improve guest service. My friends checked into a house before I arrived late that night. None of the sockets in my room worked, and the bathroom lights were out. There was no water in my friend's bathroom either, though its lights worked. I ended up showering in my own bathroom with my phone torch for light, even with cockroaches around. The bathrooms weren't cleaned consistently. The air conditioning also didn't work, so we tried to sleep in stuffy air with the ceiling fans going. Those stopped in the middle of the night too. Just before checkout, the lights and AC suddenly came on, and the owner or someone walked into the house without saying anything. The problem was conveniently fixed then. If you want to challenge yourself on holiday instead of being comfortable, this place might suit you. Outdoor camping is another decent option.

The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated, but the electrical setup and appliances were really unsatisfactory. Only about two geysers and one AC worked, most of the switches were faulty, and just two of the five TVs worked. We couldn't reach the manager, and the caretaker's service wasn't helpful either. My family was very disappointed, and we left before our booking was over.

The house has attractive decor, nice floors, and a yard, but our problems there overwhelmed any nice atmosphere. The kitchen smelled foul, the fridges had rotting food and mold, and insects were in the cabinets and drawers. The supply room was just garbage and broken appliances. There were suspiciously colored stains on the bedsheets, ants under the pillows, and a broken bathroom window letting insects in. The AC and electricity went out throughout the house for 12 hours. The previous night, the property manager was unhelpful when we asked them to check the breaker panel. Then the power mysteriously came back when the manager came downstairs to clean during checkout. There was no clear OYO sign outside. When we called support to find the property, they accidentally canceled our booking, so we had to pay in cash. I strongly advise against this accommodation and OYO as a service.

Krishna, who served us, was a very kind gentleman and helped us a lot. The villa itself is lovely and the service was great. My stay wasn't very comfortable, though, because the AC in my room didn't work. I complained to the property manager, but he did nothing about it. There isn't a swimming pool here. Even so, I'd recommend the villa.

We spent three days in this beautiful, peaceful home, and everything about it made us happy. It's affordable, pretty, and feels homely. If you're visiting Goa with a group, try this house first. There's not much sightseeing nearby, since it's out on the outskirts. If you can get a ride, that's fine, though rides in Goa are unbelievably expensive. A typical Goan house, and a beauty. Five out of five.
