The room felt personal as soon as we arrived. Mr. Aknur, Dependu, and Soninlal had put together lovely floral decorations for the birthday, and the care they took made it feel genuinely special. They also kept checking that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness and effort made the celebration, and our stay at Ginger Dona Paula, memorable. Thank you to Mr. Aknur and Mr. Dependu.

Aknur was especially thoughtful and helped make our anniversary feel memorable. The service throughout was warm, quick, and caring. I’d asked for a small note for my wife in our room, and the team arranged that, then surprised us with an upgrade. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to return. Highly recommended.

The rooms were tidy, and the lap pool and cute restaurant were nice touches. Front desk and housekeeping were especially helpful and polite, as was everyone else. What a great experience, this hotel was amazing.

The peaceful atmosphere and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay at Ginger Hotel in Dona Paula, and the staff were cooperative with good service. Breakfast was the weak point for me: the choices didn’t seem very good or healthy. Improving its quality would make the guest experience better.

The shower in room 102 had such force that it felt like it was piercing my skin, and we found cockroaches in the room. Before heading out, we’d asked for extra bedding, a towel, and water bottles. The receptionist said they’d arrange them, but when we got back around 1 a.m., none had been delivered. A very bad experience with the staff. I don’t know what problems the other rooms have.
