The location is superb, the place is well maintained and the food is great. Most of all, the staff are exceptionally well behaved and cultured, on par with five-star hotel standards. They’re polite, understanding and genuinely try to solve problems at any hour. But my experience was very mixed because of the connecting door in some rooms, including mine. Every time someone checked into the neighboring room, they seemed to think the door was part of their room and tried to force it open. During my 10-day stay, four different people checked in there at various hours and all tried it, sometimes at midnight while I was asleep. It felt very unsafe. The door also isn’t sealed, so every noise from next door disturbed me. This is a building flaw that needs fixing. I can’t blame the guests or staff, but if it can’t be fixed, guests will have a bad experience no matter how well mannered the staff are.

Jitesh at reception deserves a special mention. He made sure all our needs were met with real care and warmth, and his hospitality made us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well designed, the atmosphere was serene, and the staff gave top-notch service. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and outstanding service.

I checked in on 17th October 2025 with the Premium package. The property is easy to find in the middle of the capital city, yet away from noise. Check-in took the receptionist only 60 seconds, and I had the keys right away. The rooms were neat, clean and cool, and the listed amenities were all provided. Room service was very quick and respectful. Mr. Jeetesh, the caretaker, really looked after our needs and did his best to make the stay a good experience. Food quality was excellent, prepared under the supervision of the property landlord. I’d suggest local Goan dishes such as fish items, wali, solkadi, malbar paratha, usalpaav, and Portuguese recipes like vindaloo, cafrieal, xacuty and rasso omlet for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Parking is free and spacious. A satisfied customer.

Jitesh really stood out during our stay at Prazzers Boutique, Panjim. He was kind, polite and always ready to help with a smile, from sharing local tips to taking care of every little need. That personal touch made a big difference and showed the best of Goan hospitality. The rooms were clean, cozy and well maintained, and the hotel has a pleasant, welcoming feel. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Prazzers Boutique to anyone visiting Panjim.

My 89-year-old Mother needed a clean, comfortable place for two nights while she was undergoing surgery, so Prazeres Boutique Hotel came to mind. I honestly couldn’t have made a better choice. The owners, Agnes and Rui, and staff, Sonali and Jitendra, went out of their way to make us feel special and comfortable. They took care of every need. The room was clean and luxurious, and we both slept well in a very comfortable bed 😴. The food we ordered was delicious too, compliments to the Chef. Thank you for such an amazing stay. It really felt like a home away from home. God bless you all, three cheers for Prazeres Boutique Hotel.
