This was a terrible stay, and I totally don’t recommend it. The owner was arrogant, told us to leave, and charged us extra. Our room hadn’t been cleaned, and the common area was full of trash. You can’t order food from outside, but they don’t provide food themselves either. They even charge for a plate and spoon, and there are lots of hidden fees. They don’t know how to treat customers. Once they’ve taken payment for everything, they should meet customer expectations. P.S. Everyone beware, the owner is gaslighting the other reviews. Don’t trust them.

The villa felt very aesthetic, with lots of greenery, and our family felt comfortable during our one-day stay. We were happy with the rooms and service. Go for it, guys.

Gopi, the caretaker, was friendly and polite while staying professional. The place is quiet, the rooms are clean, and the ambience is super aesthetic. I loved the stay and would highly recommend it. The super-fast 5G Wi-Fi is a plus too. 💯💯

The terrace has a beautiful view of Dona Paula, made even nicer by the fresh breeze. Bella Villa was impeccably maintained, with a pleasant, aesthetic ambience. The owner was polite, and the caretaker was incredibly helpful and cooperative, making us feel welcome right away. We were also able to check in early to our spacious, clean and comfortable room. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Bella Villa! 😍

I stayed at Bella Villa in Panjim, GOA for 5 days with my elder son, in a budget single room. The owner, Ms Indira, was very kind and helpful, and gave us tips for nearby places in Panjim and Old Goa. Mr.Raj and the other housekeeping staff were polite and cooperative. Our room was very clean, and the geyser, air conditioner and TV all worked perfectly. Dona Paula, Miramar Beach and the Mandvi River Cruise are nearby by two-wheeler. "Raj Rent and Bikes" is also just 2km away.
