Fortune Miramar, Goa - Member ITC Hotels' Group

The breakfast buffet had a good range and the food was good. Restaurant staff were kind, attentive, and quick, which made meals pleasant. Housekeeping was excellent too. Kiran Nayak was professional, courteous, and careful with the details, keeping the room clean and well maintained throughout. My family had a comfortable stay at Fortune Miramar Goa, with consistently good service across departments. We enjoyed the warm hospitality, and I’d happily return and recommend the hotel.

We had a great time, especially at breakfast. The spread was excellent, and Israfil gave us warm, very good service. The room was neat and good. The view wasn’t much, but it was okay.

This was my 4th visit to the Fortune Hotel, and reception welcomed me warmly again. The rooms are excellent, clean, and tidy. There’s a well equipped gym with everything needed for a good workout, and the pool is on the same floor. Food is always excellent, with a wide choice for everyone. I especially enjoy breakfast, and apprentice Chef Anjali’s enthusiasm and pleasant conversation made a lovely start to the day. The bar has lots of drinks to choose from and is a nice place to relax. The location is perfect, near a beach and about a 30 minute walk to the town centre. On this visit I got to help make a Christmas Cake, which was great fun. Top marks to all the staff, and thanks for the good work.

I had a lovely time. The room was solid, comfortable, and clean, with amenities that felt well thought out. The area around the hotel is busy, but inside it was quiet. It’s a short walk to Miramar beach. Service was attentive and professional, especially at the delicious breakfast and welcoming bar. The staff were keen to make sure I enjoyed the experience.
