We spent a night and two days here, and the mountain views with the sun behind them were beautiful. The garden is lovely, the Swiss Cottages Tent was nice, and the attached washroom was cozy. The beds were comfortable, and the food was a real highlight. A good place to stay if you're visiting the sand dunes.

The location is lovely, and the camps are comfortable, with plenty of open space outside for relaxing or having a bonfire. But management needs to sort out quite a few things. Our camp hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guests, and the morning hot water lasted just 20 minutes and was barely lukewarm. Food was the biggest problem. During our two days there, dishes were often cold or already gone even within the scheduled serving times. We came for breakfast at 8 a.m., an hour before service ended, and the bread and other items had run out. Nobody tried to refill them or offer alternatives. For the same price, there are better places nearby, so I wouldn't recommend this one.

The tents and their dedicated washrooms are good, and the location is nice. The rest was a letdown. There's no Wi-Fi, despite it being advertised, and no option to order from a menu. Dinner was so bad we could barely eat enough, while breakfast was inedible stale paranthas. Warm water was available for only 10 minutes at 7 a.m., and the room, bed, and washroom all felt dirty and unhygienic. Power cuts off after 11 p.m., which they don't tell you. There are very few staff, and they can't do much to improve things.

The only real plus was the beautiful location. The tent was ordinary, there was no hot water, and the food arrived cold and was poor quality. The property wasn't well maintained and had very few staff. If we needed water, we had to go down to the mess, where filling a bottle took 15 to 20 minutes. There was no room service.

Our time at Nubra Escape was a positive one. The food was good, and the staff were friendly, sweet, and always working hard to help. The camp sits among beautiful mountains. Mr. Ajay, the caretaker, was especially great and always committed to good service.
