9302 Hotel Baseraa Inn

I booked the hotel for my uncle Mr. Prakash Ghanshyani, who was in Hyderabad for a month between April to May 2024. Manager Mr. Harish and receptionists Sonu and Sameer were always prompt, kind, and responsible, and made sure services arrived on time. They even arranged a mini bar fridge in the room so my uncle could store his insulin. The security incharge Mr. Mahesh always greeted us pleasantly. We had an excellent stay and service, and I'm grateful for it.

The room was good, though not quite up to the price, and the hotel was okay overall. It was a little hard to find because the actual name is different. The hotel itself is on the 3rd floor, with restaurants on the 1st and 2nd. I stayed for 2 days. The television rarely showed anything, and the little Almirah they provided wasn't big enough for my clothes. The Cave restaurant was a highlight, with very authentic Indian food, and the staff were courteous throughout my five-day stay. The place felt friendly too. The Oyo rooms could use better mattresses and pillows. Much of the linen was old and worn, and the beds sagged in the middle.

The staff were so attentive that they moved us to a room with a better view just from noticing our expressions. We never had to ask. They also brought free chilled water whenever we requested it, and there was free Wi-Fi. The rooms were beautiful, the restaurant nicely decorated, and the city location was prime. Rates were as low as at a non-star hotel, so it felt like a real value. Gufaa Inn is in a class of its own, and everyone we met was helpful. I'd recommend Ohris, Basera Inn when you're in Hyderabad.
