Deepak was great to meet, super engaging, and made our stay feel even more special. The service was top-notch and the food absolutely delicious. Had an amazing time here and can’t wait to come back.

Puja deserves a special mention for being courteous, professional, and always ready to help. Axon Business Hotel is clean, well maintained, and has a calm, professional feel. My room was comfortable, neatly arranged, and had the basic amenities needed for a hassle-free stay, whether for business or a short personal visit. The food quality was top notch, and service was professional and fast. The location is convenient, and the service quality justifies the price. I’d recommend it as a comfortable, reliable place to stay and would happily return.

The high-speed internet worked well, and the AC and TV were fine. Breakfast food quality was also good, and early check-in and late check-out were available. But the streets outside were flooded with sewage water, with nowhere for pedestrians to walk or cross. Even a 500-meter trip meant booking a ride or dealing with the mess. We chose the hotel because it was near our workplace, but I’d avoid this area if possible. The room and bathroom were very small, and the work desk was crowded with hotel amenities. We booked for two but got only one cup, glass, and towel. They asked for two IDs and address proofs at check-in, yet seemed to overlook the second guest’s needs. The washbasin was tiny, with the hand towel hanger right beside it, making the cramped bathroom awkward to use each morning. Breakfast had enough variety, but the North Indian options were limited in quantity. One day there was a single Aloo Paratha cut into four pieces on the buffet. Were we meant to take one piece or leave nothing for anyone else? Another day I saw only one Bhature. We had to ask the server for more for my roommate, then wait until the end of the meal. Once I had Methi Paratha with Sambar because there was no other curry. The listing on MMT didn’t match what was provided. There were no welcome drinks, outside food wasn’t allowed, and there was no minibar, electronic safe, hair dryer, or ironing board. Cost-cutting was apparent throughout.

The staff were polite, service was quick, and the portions, hygiene, and quality were all excellent. At Arya Axom, the food tasted authentic and rich, with fresh ingredients and just the right spices. Each dish felt homey but still special. Especially enjoyed deepak hospitality.
