The room was spacious, and the staff were good. The manager even arranged an extra table for my work laptops, so I had a proper workstation with decent lighting. They also adjusted the two beds to suit my needs. I appreciated the comfortable stay and the in-room restaurant service, which is handy in an emergency. Getting the room cleaned or an issue resolved took persistence, though. I had to call every ten minutes before anyone acted. The only real downside for me was a small table at the far end with no light.

The room quality and location were the only good parts. Service was poor, and the staff wouldn’t provide basic things like towels, sugar packets or even a spoon. They made excuses about the rain or being short on supplies, and acted as though it wasn’t their problem. Breakfast was the same each day during our four-day stay. It wasn’t worth the money. I used to think well of Treebo hotels, but after staying here I won’t book one again.

I spent seven nights here, six in a Standard room and one in a Deluxe. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of a bus stop and metro station, and there are good restaurants nearby. I’d suggest booking Deluxe. The Deluxe had a large balcony, but its refrigerator never worked and the shower had a problem. In the Standard room, the AC worked well, the beds were good and there was a TV. The drawbacks were an unlocked washroom door and poor room service. They didn’t provide soap, tea or coffee, and water came only after asking reception. Breakfast was average, with Upma served most days.

For a low-budget room, it was fine otherwise. The AC worked and the room was clean, though I did spot a few cockroaches. The location is good, but don’t expect much from the bedding or room quality.
