Bhagat Mansion by OYO Rooms

There was no water in the bathroom, and they didn’t even provide a drinking water bottle. The sheets and blankets were filthy and smelled foul. When I arrived, the staff refused check-in and demanded extra payment. The receptionists were extremely rude and brushed off every concern. This place falls short on basic cleanliness and hospitality. I strongly advise against staying here. It doesn’t deserve half a star.

The rooms are nice and the service is good. It’s newly renovated, so do visit.

The room situation was awful. We’d booked a day ahead and told the owner our train would arrive around 4 am after two days of travel from Bombay. On the phone, the owner was very nice and said the room would be cleaned and ready. But when we got there, the room was filthy, with blood and poo everywhere and a very dirty sheet. They moved us to another room, where the bathroom had been used and the sheet was used too. The receptionist shouted at us for waking him early and changing rooms. Was that our fault? I’d called ahead and confirmed they’d clean the room, but they didn’t. The owner wasn’t there when we arrived. We paid an extra 935/- there, and he didn’t want to give it back. He shouted at us too, like the receptionist. Don’t go here. It’s one of the worst hotels. I don’t know how they’re running it.
