Collection O 5302 Bhadra Grand

We spent ₹1000 for four people and all of us ate well. The servings were generous, the prices reasonable, and the service was quick and friendly. We tried the Raju Gari Kodi Palav and Dum Biryani, and both were really tasty with just the right flavours. A good spot for affordable food.

I stayed for five full days and found both the room and bathroom very clean. The staff were supportive, and breakfast came with the stay. It's close to Rajib Gandhi International cricket stadium, with the metro, railway station and bus stops nearby.

They served the mutton frozen solid, and it was more elastic than rubber. I left it aside because the quality seemed poor and unhygienic, but they still demanded payment. Neither the manager nor the supervisor would make up for the loss. Tables were left unattended too, and I had to ask each time I needed service. It doesn't deserve even one star.

The hall and chairs were nice, and the lift service was good. The washrooms were poorly maintained: the flushes weren't working, and there was no automatic flush. Food was disappointing. It wasn't hot or tasty, and the ice cream was non branded, so I was afraid to eat it. Baby corn 65 was okay but not crispy. The veg Manchurian and noodles lacked proper salt and tasted ordinary. Biryani was okay, and the gulab jamun was good. The curd tasted sour, and they should keep its taste good. I expected better food and was disappointed, but I'll come back. Please improve.
