The manager didn’t provide a bedsheet, towel, or soap, and there were no waiters or housekeeping staff to look after the room. The bed, toilet, and floor weren’t clean, and it was unhygienic. There’s a wine shop below the hotel, so you’ll come into contact with antisocial people. Never stay here.

The receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t give me the room I had booked in advance. Instead, he gave me a poorly maintained single bed room and expected extra money to assign the room I had booked. He also ignored Oyo’s policy and terms and conditions. They’re looting customers in OYO’s name.

This was a cheap hotel and the worst I’ve come across. It felt like a boot mahal, with hardly any staff, just two girls working across the entire two floors. The whole area was dark, with only one bulb. We’d booked in advance and had come from Mumbai, exhausted, but the room and washroom had no lights except for that one bulb.

The owner was rude and a scammer. Even after I told him we were leaving for Mumbai, he expected us to pay for one more day. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic, with no room service, soap, towels, or water. Pathetic service, and the worst hotel I’ve ever come across.
