The rooms looked nothing like the pictures online. I booked with payment due at the hotel, but they demanded more than the listed price and kept insisting they couldn't honor that rate. Customer support quoted one amount while the hotel gave another, and I lost two hours arguing about it. A terrible experience. I’d give it zero stars if I could, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially with family.

We came from Karnataka for a hospital checkup and had to stay an extra day. Finding an affordable place near Rainbow hospital in the expensive Banjara hill area of this big city was a challenge, but luckily we found this lovely lodge. It has an inside kitchen and a lift, and it’s quiet. Highly recommend it.

Even though I had a confirmed online booking through agoda and a payment receipt, reception said the booking had been shifted and seemed unwilling to give me a room. The staff were unpleasant and tried to get me to pay more by booking another room. Worst experience ever.

The location worked well for me, close to lv Prasad eye hospital, malls, and food courts in the centre of hyderabad. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, hygienic, and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is close to all the city stations, which was handy. Rooms were clean and well maintained, the ambience was nice, and the staff were friendly. Good service.
