The housekeeping supervisor provides every service. It’s best for bachelors, not families.

The only person who showed basic professionalism was the front office receptionist. The rest of the staff were rude, indifferent, and careless, and made no effort to help. There’s no food or dining option, so you have to use Zomato or go out, even late at night or if you’re unwell. The pictures on OYO and Google are misleading and nothing like the small, dirty, smelly rooms. The bathroom was revolting, with dried paan stains on the floor and walls, the WC was filthy, and the shower had no water or pressure. The fan had no regulator and either ran too fast or didn’t work, and the intercom didn’t work, so I had to go to reception in person. The room was in deplorable condition from the moment I arrived. This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve had, despite traveling frequently. I don’t think it’s suitable for families, women, or anyone who cares about cleanliness, safety, or basic comfort. I urge OYO to inspect and delist it, since it’s a stain on the brand and shouldn’t be offered to paying customers.

The subway smelled foul, and the rooms and clothes weren’t clean enough. They need to do more cleaning.

The bed was a once in a lifetime experience, and I still have scars from the bug bites. The bathroom door had no lock, so you had to tell your roommates not to barge in. Flushing took top notch engineering, good luck with that. The furniture looked like it came from the Victorian era, and like nobody had cleaned since the freedom movement. Happy stay!
