The room rates don't feel worth what you get here. There's no Wi-Fi or TV, and the staff are careless. This was the worst experience I've had. I'd tell people to avoid this residence.

The receptionist, GR, took very good care of us and was humble. I liked the room cleaning too, and enjoyed the hotel enough to want to come back again. Thanks to the owner and especially to GR for looking after us so well.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The lighting is poor, and the cleaning and maintenance need attention. There was old food waste around, the bedsheet was torn, and the bed had fresh stains.

After I booked for 680, they first asked me for 1000, then charged 800, saying OYO hadn't updated the rates. This kind of issue seems common at OYO tie-up hotels, and it needs to be fixed soon. We had come from far away and were treated rudely, without even basic respect.
2/10
The receptionist was rude and tried to get me to pay more than the online rate. He told me not to book through OYO and to arrange it offline instead. This was terrible service from OYO and its partner hotels. Management like this is extorting customers and treating them harshly.
