This was a complete waste of money and left me very upset. I don't think anyone should pay even 500 rupees to stay here. The rooms were unclean and smelly, with no cushions, and the bathroom was very dirty. There weren't enough towels. The staff didn't know any language other than Telugu. Breakfast was very unhygienic, with only two dishes and no cups, soccer or mineral water. I hope this was my first and last bad experience like this. Oyo should look after its partner hotels and maintain some standards, or one or two places like this could damage its reputation.

The hotel has too few staff, so everything takes a long time. During my four-day stay, they didn't clean my room despite several reminders, apparently because they were short staffed. The elevator was faulty and dangerous. Its gate could open while it was moving. I told the hotel staff, but they ignored me. The hotel itself is good, but those problems were serious.

Oyo cancelled my booking, claiming I hadn't shown up, even though I was already staying there and had paid. That caused confusion between me and the property manager. The entrance is down a narrow lane, and the staff seem new to the business. I also had to remind them about housekeeping and a bottle of water.

It's a safe place to stay with family, friends or as a couple. The rooms are nice, and the staff are very good and helpful. I'd recommend it.

It can be quite hard to find the hotel the first time, but it's very near Ameerpet bigbazaar. The room was clean, neat and spacious, and the staff were very good. I usually choose this hotel when I stay in the area.
