There's no room service, and the rooms are dirty, with no TV or cupboards. The owner was extremely arrogant and rude. Even with an online booking, they ask for extra money or keep telling you to check out. This hotel is a scam and a waste of money. Don't book a room here.

The room service and staff were the worst I've ever seen, and it felt like a scam. I booked through agoda, fully paid, and got confirmation, but at the hotel they wanted 580 INR per room per night. The prices shown on Agoda and Oyo are cheap, then they say the price has changed and ask almost everyone for more money. If I could, I'd give a negative rating. Don't book this hotel.

After we arrived with a booking, the reception staff said there were no rooms, then asked us for another 300 Rs. I've never seen an Oyo this bad. The person at reception was aggressive and awful to deal with.

See the room condition before booking online and going there. I gave it one star because basics like a towel, doormat, TV and hot water weren't available, along with other basic hotel needs. The response was poor too.

The room was nice for two people. The AC should have been working, and the service was pretty good too.
