The location and breakfast were the positives, and the rooms are spacious and bright. But the washroom smells, there's no exhaust fan, the shower has no pressure, and getting warm water is difficult. For the service on offer, the price is too high. I wouldn't recommend it or choose this chain for my next trip.

We waited 1.5 hour for a room when we arrived. For the price, the rooms were okay, but the bathroom was a much bigger problem. The geyser wasn't working and there was no hot water. A staff member couldn't fix it, and no other room was available when we asked, so I had to bathe in cold water. Lunch was delayed too: we ordered at 12:15 and got it at 2 pm. Don't stay there.

The staff were helpful and polite, and the rooms are spacious with good amenities. The property is good overall, though the linens weren't clean. Complimentary buffet breakfast is available. The restaurant charges a service charge instead of GST, and its food apart from breakfast was average.

The rooms are clean, good quality, and fitted with modern amenities, with a pleasant overall ambience. Staff are cooperative and the hospitality and service are good. On the downside, maintenance could be better: the washroom tap handle was broken and there were spots on the walls. The food is a bit spicy, and complimentary breakfast has very few options.

I've been staying here for more than 2 months. The rooms are neat and clean, and the wifi is decent, but service is worst and delayed all the time. Food from the kitchen takes a long time, and they'll certainly miss an item, plate, or spoon, so it's never just a call away. It also took a mere 4 years for them to reply to this review. I don't remember it well, are you sure you guys didn't forget anything? 😂
