I booked an AC room at Super Collection O White Field Road Hyderabad Formerly Ayaan Signature Suites, but when I arrived, reception said there were no AC rooms available. That was never mentioned during booking, which was disappointing and unprofessional, so I chose not to stay and asked right away for a cancellation and refund. They still marked the booking as completed, and I haven’t received the refund. The reception staff were rude and spoke badly instead of helping resolve the issue. Customer service was extremely poor. It cost me time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
2/10
Getting breakfast took repeated attempts, about 16 knocks, before anyone was reached to bring it to the room. There was no room service or cleaning during my stay, and the reception desk stayed unattended all day. The phone number they provided didn’t work. Communication was extremely poor, and the authorities showed no concern for guests’ comfort or service. The staff had no sense of hospitality or professionalism.

This was my third stay, mainly because of the cleanliness. The rooms are comfortable, and Mani on staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by hostels. At ₹1,000 a day, it’s worth it.

I was honestly surprised by how nice the rooms were on my first visit. The peaceful theme and wall color stood out, and the room boys were excellent hosts. It’s budget friendly too, definitely a place to stay.

Everything felt very clean and hygienic. Such a great experience, and I’d put this as a first choice.
