The ambience was good and the stay was decent, though there's room to improve. The beds and blankets had visible marks and didn't seem properly cleaned, which made things less comfortable. Maintenance could be better too, and a lift would make the stay more convenient. I hope they improve, since the place has potential.

Breakfast was listed on the booking voucher, but the hotel staff said they couldn't arrange it and refused to provide it. That was disappointing and unprofessional, and the miscommunication caused inconvenience. Management should make sure the facilities they've promised are provided.

They say it's good for couples, and the beds are great to hop onto.

The hotel is easy to find from the main road, which is very close by, and there's parking. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. I had a very good stay and would like to visit again next time.

The rooms were very good and the sanitation was good too. At first I felt good about the place, and our receptionist arvind was awesome. With all his cooperation, he literally made my dreams come true.
