We only stayed from 7:00 to 7:30 pm on 19-05-2023, in room 205, but even that short visit was a bitter experience. The AC wasn't working and the TV needed repair. It took over an hour just to check whether the AC worked, while the manager and room allocation staff argued with me and behaved rudely. They blamed OYO, and I was left wondering why a franchise in the heart of the city provided this kind of service. They didn't return the money for that hour. The staff said couples come daily and pay the full amount even if they stay only 15 minutes, which was no answer to our problem. This service was unacceptable, and I'm very disappointed.

There was no real cleanliness here: the towels and bedsheets were stained, and the bathroom window was broken with a clear view into the next building. Basic things like tissues, toilet paper, toothpaste, and cutlery were missing too. The women who came to clean were annoying and kept asking for money. One of the worst stays.

The staff were unfriendly, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the bathroom was nasty. The place felt seedy and looked nothing like the pictures. I checked out as soon as I could and lost a night's charge. Avoid it.

No one was there to hand over the keys or show us the room when we arrived. We called repeatedly, and after about ten attempts someone finally answered, speaking rudely and saying they were busy downstairs in the restaurant. There was no security. Don't visit.
