The beds were dirty, with lots of hair, and the tables and chairs hadn’t been cleaned either. Cockroaches were around, and the washrooms looked very bad, almost like public toilets. The sink tap ran extremely slowly and leaked water onto the floor. All the rooms seem the same, even though the advertisements show different amenities and prices.

My dad and I stayed one night for my visa appointment, paying 3k through the make my trip app. It wasn’t worth it. I’d paid extra for a balcony room, but didn’t get one, and our twin-bed request was nearly ignored. We had to remind and nag them, then checked in half an hour late because the rooms weren’t ready. The cupboards were dirty, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and the geyser didn’t work well. We kept calling their representative to get it fixed. Awful room and awful service. I’m not happy with this place. Please don’t book it. Not recommended.
8/10
The rooms are clean, and it’s a good place to stay. Room service was very good, and the owner was friendly and behaved very well.
10/10
It’s very close to the IT hub, so my commute to the office was hassle free.
