The room was in poor shape for what I paid, ₹4,500. The AC barely worked, there was no water, no food service at night, and no proper phone to reach reception. I arrived around midnight with family and was handed a key outside by a staff member in a red T-shirt after he took the payment. There was no proper reservation or check-in process, and he never came to the reception desk. When I checked out, I asked for an invoice. He said he would send it later, but didn't even take my details, and nothing arrived. The whole thing felt unprofessional and unsafe, like they'd taken payment without documenting it. Such a waste of money. Even OYO places are much better. 🙏 Very bad.

The price was lower than other resorts and felt budget-friendly, so it was good value for us. We enjoyed the pool, the thali, and the camel ride, and watched the Rajasthani dance too. They gave me a nice room, and we had a really nice stay.

The place has a serene feel, with kind staff and tasty Rajasthani food. I enjoyed the hospitality. The upkeep needs a lot of work, though, especially the wall paint and cleaning around the camels and horses, as well as the seating and play areas. Visit for the people and food, and enjoy the calm setting.

The pool itself was okay, but the area around it was dirty, and entry costs 200 per person, including children. The food was also just okay. I did like the bajra roti and lashing chutney, but they were overpriced. We planned a day out for my wife's birthday in 2026 and came away disappointed. The place seems to have peaked in the 2010s and is now in ruins. Paint is peeling everywhere, the kids' area is dusty and uninviting, and the old camel and horse looked very sad. The staff seemed joyless too. This is in the middle of urban sprawl, with high rises all around, so calling it a resort feels misleading and unfair. Management could charge 50 rupees for entry and attract locals as a garden, park, temple, or food court. They might earn more by holding an evening Aarti for the deity. Not worth even one star.

I couldn't get through to the number, and neither could my provider. Why publish a number that doesn't work? There was no confirmation about whether my booking was active, and their inefficiency cost me the booking amount.
