Hotel Radhika Palace

Don't stay here. The sheets were filthy, the bathroom wasn't clean, there were mosquitoes, the Wi-Fi wasn't available, and the TV didn't work. The reception person's behavior was poor, drinking water wasn't provided, and putty was coming off the wall. Water from the bathroom ran onto the floor. They charged me extra at checkout, and when I woke up the next morning, my bag was missing. The food was very bad, don't eat here. In Hindi, I'd put it this way: “Don't stay at this hotel even by mistake. There's nothing good here, and bathroom water was running into the room.”

The room facilities were great, and the staff's service and behavior were both very good.

The bathroom was really dirty and had a strange smell. We booked a regular room, but it didn't feel worth the price. There was no geyser, and hot water was only available at a set time in the evening. Very disappointing.

The room phone extension was faulty, and the shower didn't work until we asked for running water. Ants were crawling around the bathroom, and hygiene seemed badly neglected. There isn't really a deluxe room here, despite what the internet photos suggest. It felt like nobody had checked the room before we arrived, and the staff need better customer service training. A very bad experience.
