A terrible experience overall. They get bookings by advertising reasonable prices, then provide poor service. Even though the booking with an extra bed was confirmed, they couldn’t provide one. In the middle of the night, they changed our allotted room because the toilet flush had an issue. Utter scam.

I stayed with my family for three nights in October 2025. The location was excellent and convenient for local attractions, but the stay was disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and both the tap and flush were malfunctioning. Breakfast had little variety and was served late. They also gave us just one towel for two people.

Only a small soap was provided for toiletries, and there was one towel for two people. The room had an electric kettle but no tea sachets, milk powder, or sugar. Breakfast still wasn’t available by 8.15 am, and even though I’d paid extra, I didn’t get a refund.

The TV showed lines all through the program. The toilets weren’t up to the mark either, with a nonworking geyser and a leaking washbasin.

It’s tucked into a residential part of somajiguda, and the location feels too interior. There aren’t restaurant options nearby, and the nearest metro is some 3 kms away. The lift feels scary, and the lobby smells bad. They also charge extra for arriving early. At 2200 per day, it isn’t worth it.
