Fabhotel Prime Adhirath Grand

The rooms were cramped and tiny, not especially clean, and always smelled of cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is the excellent food at their restaurant, a pleasant surprise after we were shown the rooms. The food at Adhirath Grand is great.

The bathrooms are tiny, but everything else was fabulous. I got there 2 hours before check-in time and they let me in without asking a single question. The staff were polite, and it felt easy to ask them for anything. The hotel is within walking distance of the main road and metro station, with lots of eateries nearby. I stayed two days and felt good about it compared with many other hotels nearby. Good value for money. I just hope they keep things up.

The location was good, but the service was a dud. The attendant had been sleeping in one of the guest rooms, which was later given to us. Even though we’d paid in advance and had verbal confirmation at check-in, he refused to serve breakfast at 08:30 AM, saying it wasn’t available. It was frustrating and disappointing. After 9 AM, we had to spend work time searching for breakfast outside and pay extra, despite already having paid for it.

The rooms are new and fresh, and the cleaning service was excellent. Staff were cooperative, and there’s a very nice restaurant on the top floor. The AC is very chill. A very nice place to stay with family, and I’d recommend it to everyone.
