The host was quick to respond and shared great tips about the area. The apartment was just as described, clean and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and a kitchen that had everything I needed. I enjoyed staying here.

For the price, the hotel felt pretty mediocre, and I left less than satisfied. The room was just okay, but the bathroom wasn’t clean enough and the place needs better upkeep. John at the front desk was the one bright spot. He was very polite and helpful whenever I needed something.

The staff are very rude. When you book online, they insist on seeing a physical ID card and make a fuss about it. They’ve also listed the hotel under different names in different places.

The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were cooperative. Overall, it was a good stay.

Even though I had a valid booking ID, they refused to let me check in in the middle of the night. The staff member said all the rooms were full.
