I booked for just three hours to freshen up before an important meeting, but I couldn't bring myself to use the washroom because it was in such poor condition. The bedding was visibly dirty and unhygienic, and the room had a lingering bad smell. Paying for a room and being unable to use basic facilities over cleanliness is unacceptable. This place doesn't meet even the minimum standard for hygiene, and it left me frustrated and disappointed. The conditions show little regard for guest comfort and safety. I'd urge others to think carefully before booking.

I was refused a room because I was alone. The receptionist said they only give rooms to couples. Every room smelled foul, and the room was dirty. The photos they provide are fake.

I've never had a hotel this bad. The room, bed, and staff were all awful. Families, couples, or people on their own, nobody should stay here, please.

The rooms were dirty and not properly equipped, with no geyser or television. There was no proper management either, and it wasn't worth staying here.

Both the room and bathroom were dirty and very cramped. The bathroom taps were broken and didn't work.
