There was only a fan, no AC, and I was very disappointed with the room. I’d requested a king size bed when booking, but didn’t get one. Staff said a king size bed was available in lingampally. They didn’t even give me a room key, and staff locked and unlocked the room each time. There was no soap, shampoo, body wash, or towel. It was a waste of money, and I’d appreciate at least a partial refund.

If you’re looking for a decent stay near Madinaguda, I’d recommend this place to families. The rooms are really good and well maintained.

We arrived with our family at 1am and were treated like beggars. They cancel confirmed online bookings without telling the customer. The staff were discourteous, and the irresponsible owner bluntly told us to contact the call centre, then hung up. Never come here.

The front desk was super rude, and there was no sanitation or towels. There’s a gym above the rooms, and despite seeing reviews about it, I stayed, thinking it wouldn’t be too bad. The banging goes on until 11PM and starts again at 6AM. It feels like you’re in the gym, so don’t stay here if you want a calm, good night’s sleep.

The rooms are big, and the staff were helpful. My only complaint was noise from the busy road next door. During my stay, someone nearby was playing loud music too, though I’m not sure if that happens every day.
