The service was very bad during my stay of more than five days, and the staff’s behaviour was poor. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel. When you book through an online website, they don’t provide a GST bill. The hotel staff and booking platform blame each other, leaving the customer to deal with it. A very bad experience.

They limit you to two water bottles a day, while the food is quite expensive and not good quality. That’s a major drawback. The hotel’s management and service are very bad.

The room quality was awful, with a bad smell, and it wasn’t clean. The washroom and amenities were poor too. After midnight, they refused to provide a plate for dinner and gave me a paper dish instead. They also denied my request for a blanket. Even with all these problems, they wouldn’t adjust the price and breakfast was compulsory. I’d never stay at this hotel again.

I spent five days at lotus grand jubillee, and the service was good. The room was clean, and the staff were quick, which made the stay very enjoyable.

The outside looks lovely, but inside was a different story. My room smelled bad, and the washroom was dirty and smelly too. When I asked for plates, they brought paper ones. Water was another issue: they said there was a daily limit on bottles, and the in-house restaurant promised to send one within 15 minutes, but it never arrived. Easily one of the worst stays I've had.
