The staff were very rude and had no manners. They refused check-in, then demanded three times the listed tariff for a room that wasn’t worth it. I saw them turn away multiple bookings in front of me. Be careful booking here. You could arrive tired from travelling and be forced to find another hotel at short notice because of the owner’s greed.

The rooms I saw were clean and sanitized, but I left because I didn’t feel safe. I visited for a couple booking and checked two rooms. Neither had top bolts to lock the door from inside, apart from the main center one. I told the manager, who showed me another room with the same issue, then insisted it was safe because there were cameras on the floor and people had stayed before. I was charged even after informing the manager and leaving. I also contacted Oyo customer care, but they didn’t handle the safety concern well. Please check the rooms before booking, or don’t book here.

Very reasonable for the area, and worth every penny. The management and staff are friendly, and the service and upkeep are excellent. A nice place in the IT hub area.

The rooms weren’t clean and the AC wasn’t working. When you book directly by calling the hotel, they say it’s a 24-hour stay, but at 11 am they tell you to check out. Please don’t choose this Oyo.
