I stayed from 9 to 12 January 2026. The hotel has a good atmosphere and a prime location, about 2 km from lb nagar metro. The room service was good, the staff were welcoming, and it felt luxurious. It was a good accommodation and couple friendly, whether married or unmarried. There were a few issues: hot water was a problem, management didn't provide a free water bottle, and there was no kettle.

We took two rooms. One smelled strongly of secrets, while the other was fairly decent. Both bathrooms needed a lot of repairs. The rooms were average overall, and I definitely wouldn't advise staying here with family.

The manager guided us well and successfully provided all the facilities we needed, and the staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and service was good. We're very thankful to him, and everybody will enjoy the stay.

No power backup, no shower, and several basic amenities missing. Worst hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.

The receptionist brushed off my complaint about the stained bedsheet, saying the marks were just oil. They didn't look like oil to me, and they looked like bodily fluids, which made it even more disgusting. I had to argue just to get a clean sheet, and every sheet he changed had some kind of fluid stain. Clean bedding is the bare minimum. Horrible hotel, absolutely not recommended.
