FabHotel V Hotel Banjara Hills

The TV was unusable: the staff said the dish recharge hadn't been done, there was no proper remote for the TV and setup box, and no three-pin plug to power them both. The lift and intercom were out too. Those were just some of the many faults, and I don't see how this can be called a hotel. What is MakeMyTrip doing with places like this? Do they ever inspect them? The room itself was awful. It hadn't been cleaned, the bedsheet and pillow covers were dusty, the AC didn't work properly, and the restaurant downstairs made the room feel hot even with the AC on. The bathroom was terrible, worse than a Sulabh complex. There was a strong cigarette smell despite spraying room freshener. They still ask for money, and even the things you might need are missing.

A terrible stay in Hyderabad. There was no fan and no hot water. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this hotel.

The manager, Khan, was extremely rude when I raised the problems and immediately told me to move somewhere else. The room had mosquitoes and no repellent, and they didn't provide mineral water. The AC and lift weren't working, and the linens were filthy and poor quality. This was the most horrible OYO Rooms property I've stayed in. It showed me how far OYO Rooms service has fallen, and the brand's standards have gone down the drain.

The hotel photos are fake. The rooms are small and damp, with dirty bathrooms and poor lighting. There were electrical problems too, and the staff weren't very cooperative.
