SKYLA Serviced Apartments & Suites, Hi-Tech City

I came for what was meant to be a shorter stay, but ended up extending twice. Both extensions were handled smoothly, and I’d recommend this place for a business or personal trip. The Hi-tech City location worked well for me, with offices, malls, the metro, and local food and shopping nearby. I never waited more than five minutes for a cab, auto, or bike ride. The suites and property were clean, welcoming, and well maintained. Staff were professional, helpful, responsive, and warm. They covered the practical needs too: laundry, quick in-room dining, a gym, breakfast buffet, and high-speed Wi-Fi. 10/10, would recommend.

We felt well cared for at Skyla, especially when my husband was unwell. They arranged doctor support and help getting medicine, and provided complimentary fruit and coffee when needed. It made us feel that guest comfort and well-being came first. I stayed in a kitchen studio with basic utensils, an induction cooktop, and kitchen tools. The food and beverage service was very good, and the service overall was amazing. Hygiene was good, with proper cleaning, a clean AC, and a smart TV. I also felt very safe there. The front load washing machines let you wash your own clothes without extra laundry costs. I hope they maintain this quality and keep supporting the gym, so future stays bring more good memories.

I stayed here for the past 10 days, and it was hassle free. The breakfast spread was good, with live options too. Staff service was good, especially Kishore, who was warm, always smiling, and provided very good service. The rooms were clean and got cleaned daily. Whenever I called, a support person came to the room to help.

I spent 14 days at this hotel during Ramazan, while fasting. The management kindly changed my breakfast to an early morning meal, which helped a lot and showed how much they cared about guests. It was a really thoughtful gesture. The staff were very nice, especially Mr Shanthanu, Mr Hussain and Ms Pranathi. Their hospitality and attitude were great, and the stay was memorable.
