Fresh Living Prime Banjara

We booked after checking G-maps, mmt, and yatra, for me and five friends. It was advertised everywhere as "service apartments," but what we got wasn't that. Instead of the advertised 2bhk service apartment, they gave us two ground-floor rooms near a shared space. The price didn't match the rooms or service. Everything was in bad shape, broken, chipped, or dusty. There was a dead cockroach when I first entered, and more dead or live critters kept turning up all over during our stay. They cleaned the bathrooms, but they were in such poor condition that I couldn't tell whether they'd been cleaned properly. The linens were horribly stained, and using the towels or sleeping in the bed felt disgusting. After I raised these issues with the booking partner, the "service apartment" offered to move us to another set of rooms. It was too late by then, and we were in the middle of a busy schedule, so we couldn't make the move. Please don't book with these people.

A comfortable space in a calm, pleasant neighborhood, right in the center of things. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the food was delicious.

At Fresh living Banjara Apartment, we felt secure and at home during our family stay. The rooms were neat and clean, and both the staff and food were really good. It's centrally located in a calm, peaceful area, and it worked well for both work and personal stays.
