The ambience was the icing on the cake, and the chicken was awesome. We had a wonderful dinner at the Jewel of Nizam restaurant, where Chef Venkat Yadav guided us very well through the fine Nizami cuisine. Highly recommended.

The staff are very welcoming, and the property is well maintained. Muskaan at the reception deserves a special mention for her consistently exceptional service. She’s polite and efficient every time, making each interaction smooth and pleasant. That kind of service really stands out and makes the stay better. Highly appreciated!

The rooms were lovely and tidy, and the atmosphere was great. Bathroom hygiene was good, though the plumbing needs attention: the sink tap and hand shower were very stiff. Hot water came quickly. The noise was loud, but it didn’t bother me; my parents found it irritating and disruptive. Staff were polite and service was good. Food prices put me off trying anything. Even compared with Taj Vivanta, around Rs 800 for paneer curry or Rs 500 for idly felt too expensive, and I worried I’d be disappointed.

We enjoyed the stay, and I really appreciated the complimentary extra bed in 417. The staff were friendly, though they seemed overwhelmed at times. Our room, 410, needed more careful cleaning, especially the bathroom. Water pools on the shower floor while you're using it, which makes it slippery; the vanity counter has a broken corner, and the shower glass was marked with soap scum and water stains. A bit more attention to detail would help.
