The food was excellent, and the resort grounds and large pool were lovely. For our anniversary, the bed decoration looked beautiful and the complimentary cake was delicious and thoughtful. Reception welcomed us respectfully, but the room itself didn’t feel like a five-star experience. The AC was so loud that sleeping was hard, bathroom water leaked, and the shower pressure and quality were awful. Staff spoke politely, but the luxury service wasn't there in practice. These maintenance problems shouldn't be part of a five-star stay, especially for a special occasion.

Breakfast had a very nice buffet, and the service was good, with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and quiet. Other food was just so-so, though, and there were lots of mosquitoes. The pool was dirty when we visited, maybe they were going to clean it later.

At a function on 04/03/2026, we handed our valet card over at night and waited 50 minutes, getting bitten by mosquitoes while our car still hadn't arrived. When we went to find out what was happening, we learned they hadn't even taken our car keys to retrieve it. This was a horrible experience and completely irresponsible. Other guests had apparently run into similar problems too. We were left waiting around at midnight for nearly an hour. The resort charges a bomb for its services, yet guests end up suffering through service like this. I strongly recommend against using their valet, and would think twice before booking the venue for an event.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were cozy, the ambience was nice, and the lush green gardens and clean pools kept the kids happy. Breakfast was delicious, and chef Kausar Ali made sure we enjoyed the food. Great service and lovely staff.

We paid 21K, and this property wasn't worth that price. The rooms were below average, the food was exorbitantly priced, and service was moderate. For the same amount, we've stayed at seven star properties like Sheraton and IHG and had much better hospitality and experiences. This place calls itself five star, but didn't offer anything at that level. I wouldn't recommend it for what they're charging.
