The garden was lovely, and we could have a bonfire with friends and family, which was great. The rooms were pleasant, with beautiful views around, and parking was more than adequate. It's right on the main road, so getting there was very convenient. The staff and hospitality were superb.

The food and breakfast were very good, and the staff and hospitality were the best I've seen. The rooms are pleasant, with beautiful views, and the hotel is conveniently located on the main road. If you're planning to visit bhimtal, stay here, you'll never regret it.

Even basic things failed during my stay: the TV, intercom, and hot water did not work. The furniture was broken, the building had no particular appeal, and the place felt more like a local budget hotel than the property its price suggests. I found it extremely disappointing and far below average. I honestly don't understand how it has a 4.5 rating. I wouldn't give it even one star. Keep it as a last option.

The only real plus is the location near bhimtal lake. The rooms were okay, and the hotel felt like a typical professional place, but the service and food were also just okay, nothing especially impressive. The extra bed wasn't maintained, and they didn't provide a new sealed water bottle, only RO water.

I had a very unpleasant stay. The property was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The bed was broken, there was no hot water or Wi-Fi, and the TV had unstable reception with only a few channels. The carpet and curtains were ruined too. Managers were unresponsive or dishonest, reception staff were impolite and unprofessional, and customer care was generally lacking.
