The main Mall Road location on the Mallital side is the hotel’s biggest advantage, right next to Hotel Channi Raja. The kitchen’s food, served in the room, is tasty, and the staff are polite and humble. Mr. Dinesh at Reception was especially kind, helpful, and accommodating. It has a family atmosphere because they only give rooms to families, not bachelors. One serious issue is that when the electricity goes off, they start a diesel-fired water heater and smoke fills the rooms. That was polluting and unhealthy, and they need to address it. Still, we had an enjoyable stay.

We stayed one night with family. The location made it okay overall, and it works if you just need somewhere to sleep while exploring instead of relaxing at the hotel. There were no basic amenities like toothpaste or washroom slippers. For the room and the lack of amenities, I felt it was a bit overpriced.

Room service was fine, and the rest was okay, but I don’t like how they treat regular customers. Even when rooms are empty, walk-in guests like me only get small rooms. They should give priority to people who come back regularly.
