I got a suite through agoda for 2k, a good deal, and the room was clean with a decent breakfast. My main issue was service, especially housekeeping. It took 30 minutes and two reminder calls to get a dental kit, since just one person was handling requests that morning. A few more staff would make things better.

For the 7200+ they charged, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Dinner was horrible, and even the tea wasn’t hot. The room had dirty walls and several stink marks on the sofa. Most socket plugs couldn’t be used, the refrigerator didn’t work, and towels and other accessories had to be requested specifically. The standards were poor for a premium hotel rate.

The rooms were great, with luxurious facilities, and I liked the staff and food. Room service, housekeeping, the locality, and the interior were all best in everything. They offer 24 Hrs check in check out. Special thanks to Mr Danish Shaikh for recommending this place and personally providing the best service. I hope to visit again when I’m in Hyderabad.

The hotel is in a calm spot without sound disturbance, and its complementary breakfast was fresh and well arranged. Food at the adjacent restaurant wasn’t satisfactory in terms of freshness, though, and I hope they improve that. For lunch or dinner while staying at Kens, there are good options like Zaiqa-e_Hyderabad and Shadab Go, which offers take-away biryani and Mughlai cuisine with 6 star taste!

The food was good during my visit for training. But the pent house washrooms had no lights, and frequent power cuts interrupted our sessions. Please take care of these issues.
