The food was fabulous, and I’d planned to stay only for a while. But I found the comfort and environment so good that I’m going to stay longer. The place and hospitality were amazing.

The broken TV, unclean room, and staff refusing to address anything made an already awful stay worse. I paid in full through the application, but the manager said the hotel hadn’t received the money. Fab support promised to resolve it in 30 minutes; instead, it took a whole day of constant follow-up. The team was unresponsive, kept me on hold for a long time, and often disconnected the call. When they eventually said they hadn’t received payment, I showed my bank proof, and the representative got rude and told me to leave in the middle of the night. The staff said they couldn’t do anything about the room issues. Their service and behavior were appalling. I’d rate this 0/5 if I could, and strongly advise against staying here.

The staff were so friendly, and the clean room had a super comfortable bed. It’s a wonderful hotel, suited to both business and leisure trips. I can’t wait to come back!

Clean, quiet, and in a great location, Hotel Hamsa the right choice was a wonderful place to stay. The room had everything I needed for a relaxing visit, and the service was exceptional. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The room was filthy, and when I looked around, I found a large hole in every bathroom. The staff and the atmosphere made for an awful experience. Thanks for the extra air circulation, I guess, and maybe a way for thieves to get out, or for us to escape in a fire.
