The meal package is a real plus, with delicious food from the restaurant "Ellipaya karam express." Mr Pathak at reception was fantastic and supportive, always just a call away. Hotel Harvey's is among the best hotels of its type and class in Gachbowli, near the US Consulate. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the service was very good. Do visit, you won't regret it.

A clean, lovely property in a prime location. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the staff and team are very good. Special thanks to Gopal Pathak ji for all his help and support during my stay.

They even use the bathroom towels to clean, which was really irritating, and the room wasn't cleaned at all. Housekeeping and basic assistance fell short and made my stay uncomfortable. I had to ask several times for room service. The response was very slow, and sometimes nobody dealt with the request. My recent stay was disappointing because the room service was so poor.

The rooms and premises are well maintained, and everything was good here. Gopal Pathak on the night reception was very humble and behaved so well with guests.

Don't choose this hotel. The receptionist showed me a dirty room and spoke irresponsibly, treating me like a servant instead of a guest. She needs training.
