The staff's warmth is what I'd remember most. Pallawi Munda understood our request straight away and helped with genuine care, like family. The team worked together like one big family, and handled everything calmly, even though the hotel was crowded during Christmas holiday week. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and staff were quick to help. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully laid out, clean and efficient, like budget hotels abroad. Don't expect large rooms or bathrooms. Breakfast was good, the gym had the basics, and the washer and dryer in the laundromat were very useful during our long stay in Hyderabad. A pleasant, well-managed stay.

The location in Banjara Hills made it easy to reach major areas, restaurants, and shops, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a decent range. Our room was neat and modern, with a cozy bed, and housekeeping kept it clean every day. Staff were courteous and ready to help from check-in through checkout, making the stay hassle-free and comfortable. Good value for money with reliable IHG quality. It works well for business travelers and families wanting a peaceful stay in Hyderabad. I'd happily return and recommend it.

The room's shower door wouldn't shut properly, so every shower left much of the bathroom flooded. I told the front desk, but nothing followed. At checkout, my elderly mother and I had to carry our own luggage while staff watched. When I asked for help, the man at reception was rude, and even handing over the keys seemed to annoy him. The stay had already begun with a stale, unpleasant smell in the lobby. Reception staff were arrogant and showed little interest in our wellbeing. Even asking a question seemed to bother them. Unless hygiene, staff training, maintenance, and basic courtesy improve, guests will keep heading elsewhere. The rooms are tiny too, and this was a disappointing stay from start to finish. If indifferent service, damp floors, a smelly lobby, and rude receptionists sound fine to you, this is your place. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

The staff were lovely, and Sandhyarani was especially helpful at breakfast. The rooms are maintained well and are okay, though a bit small. Since it's a business hotel, that was manageable. Breakfast was just okay too. It could use more choices and better flavor, and some things, especially the bakery items, could be fresher.
